Why is regular backflow testing important?
In additional to being required by many municipalities, regular backflow testing ensures the safety of your homes' drinking water. A properly functioning backflow device prevents harmful pollutants and contaminates from entering the water supply. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) provides further information on this here.
Backflow testing ranges from $100-$125 depending on your municipality. This includes the city documentation fee. Multi-unit discounts available.
